Multiple cars catch fire in Disneyland's Mickey and Friends parking structure

A fierce blaze at a Disneyland auto park has left at least eight vehicles scorched and four people needing hospital treatment.

The blaze burned for almost an hour and severely damaged eight cars after it broke out around 4:30 p.m. Monday in the Mickey & Friends parking structure, according to Sgt. Daron Wyatt of Anaheim Fire and Rescue.

Seven Disneyland employees were treated for smoke inhalation, the OC Register reports. The multi-level garage is located near the northwest corner of the park. It was extinguished around 5:30 p.m., about an hour after flames were first reported, the Anaheim Police Department said on Twitter.

GOP senators are split on whether to investigate Flynn's Russian Federation ties
But he ultimately asked for Mr Flynn's resignation based on a "trust issue" and not a legal one, Mr Spicer added. On Friday, Trump said he didn't know about reports that Flynn discussed sanctions with Russian Federation.

Videos from the scene show thick black smoke billowing from the structure. The lot was promptly evacuated and countless guests were directed to alternate parking areas, ABC reports. One park visitor told KTLA that the smoke could be seen from the park. "As soon as we saw it we turned around because they told us to leave".

Fire department investigators were working with insurance company counterparts in trying to find "a definitive cause", Wyatt said, adding that "there is no indication the fire was intentionally set or foul play is involved".

"I just came to disney for a fun time...and the parking structure catches on fire while I'm parking", tweeted Tiffany Anne.
