Starbucks' New Unicorn Frappuccino 'Comes With A Bit Of Magic'

With cafés across the country turning out unicorn-themed lattes, Starbucks has made a decision to throw its hat in the ring with its own magical drink, the Unicorn Frappuccino. "Like its mythical namesake, the Unicorn Frappuccino comes with a bit of magic - as you sip and stir, the color of the beverage magically changes from purple to pink and the flavors evolve from sweet and fruity to tangy and tart", Starbucks said.

According to the coffee giant, it's a "flavor and color-changing creation", made with a dusting of pink powder blended into a mango creme Frappucinno and layered with a sour powder topping. Stirring the drink somehow subtracts all the blue from it? Or, in the words of a lucky tester's review on Instagram: "It looked like this drink would have a blue raspberry or cotton candy taste, but nope!"

Starbucks' Unicorn Frap is only available until April 23. Grown-up tasters assumed, based on the colors, that it was raspberry-flavored.

Detroit police officers shot, wounded in burglary call
According to WXYZ , a 19-year-old man fired a shotgun at the officers as they checked out the man's home. Redd said his son fired a warning shot through a window of the house, hitting both officers.

Others have said that the drink is "prettier than it tastes", "a hot mess with a cute appearance", and you don't have to speak Spanish to understand this one-word review: "No".

'Starbucks is releasing a new Unicorn Frappuccino and my life is now complete, ' wrote one, adding a unicorn emoji. Or just 'gram it and then toss it, because we all know that's why you're really ordering it, anyway.
