Police department posts 4/20 'trap'

On this national holiday for stoners, one Minnesota police department used a little levity on a topic that usually gets a lot of negative attention.

The police department in Wyoming, Minnesota, which is northeast of Minneapolis, posted their "trap" for marijuana violators today.

The photo received more than 120,000 likes and more than 77,000 retweets, as the department said they hoped their posts would bring attention to the issue of substance abuse. A picture sent over Twitter shows a Wyoming, Minnesota Police Department squad auto and police officer standing nearby with a net, ready to pounce.

The Tweet reads, "Undercover #420 operations are in place".

Sam Warburton admits he thought captaincy call was a teammate prank
Wales have 12 and Ireland 11 with Scotland's two representatives, fullback Stuart Hogg and wing Tommy Seymour. Warburton, who has won 74 Wales caps and led his country in two World Cup campaigns, is now injured.

While the tweet is generating plenty of chuckles and more than a few gut-busting comments, Wyoming Police admit there is a serious side to the issue, as well.

With that being said, if you need help with substance abuse issues please contact us & we'll find resources. The department posted a similar message past year.

Here is a picture of their tweet from previous year on April 20th.
