Automatic World Cup qualification is on the line for Manu Samoa when they take on Fiji in Apia in tomorrow, and by all accounts Alama Ieremia and his coaching team are under enormous pressure.

The Sports for Health Rugby initiative kicked off at the National Stadium in Apia on Saturday before the Pacific Nations Cup Test match between Samoa and Fiji.

After Samoa, it is planned to roll out the programme in Fiji, the Cook Islands and Tonga.

Henry Seniloli scored a hat-trick as Fiji won 38-16 to lift the Pacific Nations Cup for the third consecutive year.

Meanwhile, Tonga will play in the World Cup's Pool of Death beside England, France, Argentina and the United States.

Having lost to USA, Canada will play Uruguay in 2018 for the right to take their place in World Cup Pool D.

Fiji's fourth win in a row continued a fine run of form in June and July internationals in which they accounted for Scotland and Italy.

Seniloli scored two tries in the first half and was the first to cross over for Fiji again in the second half.

"Of course we have also qualified for RWC 2019 and we will focus on that now". This is a talented group and we have some younger talent emerging also.

"It is an ambitious goal as RWC is incredibly hard but you have to be ambitious to succeed". The victor will face the Asia Rugby Championship 2018 victor for a place in repechage tournament.
